Abstract. Nowadays, the increasing pressure over water resources is reflecting on quality all globe. Not surprisingly, local, and regional governments are taking initiatives into tackling this issue. However, management of requires coordinated by stakeholders, especially in cross-border regions, to achieve efficient regulations.
